When you are a member, you can share photos from your profile that you think others will find "inspiring". Please do not share photos from the web, but only photos that you have taken or that you appear on.
Note the Danish Data Protection Agency's rules on sharing images online: It is illegal to share sexual and offensive images or videos of others without their consent. It may seem like an innocent click if you forward or share photos or videos that you have received from your friends or acquaintances. However, when you share infringing images or videos of others without their permission, their privacy is violated.
One also violates their right to rule over their own body. Sharing a picture or video of oneself in an intimate or offensive situation can be extremely cross-border and have far-reaching consequences in both the short and long term. In addition, sharing or storing sexual videos or pictures can result in severe penalties.
Violation of privacy § 264 d: A fine or imprisonment for up to 6 months is punishable by anyone who unjustifiably passes on notices or pictures concerning someone else's private affairs or otherwise pictures of the person in question in circumstances that can obviously be demanded to be withheld from the public. The provision also applies where the message or image relates to a deceased person.
PCS. 2. If there are particularly aggravating circumstances, taking into account the nature and extent of the information or disclosure or the number of persons affected, the penalty may increase to imprisonment for up to 3 years.
